Cobra Make, Engine: Hunter Cobra--460 with 4 speed top loader

Looking for information on cobra surge tank

Anyone know where I can get one of these? My car is a Hunter Cobra model and I can't seem to find one of these types of surge tanks (note, needs to have an inlet and outlet to my upper radiator hose, as indicated in the photo). Any info appreciated. Thanks!
