Funny thing is, as I mentioned previously, this owner also owned a number of original CSX cars. I remember mentioning to him once that "Carol sure built some beautiful cars" and he replied that "Carol didn't build anything. He was just a sales guy."
Hahaha. That's just how this owner thinks. He made his money in design and manufacturing, so anyone who wasn't out in the shop actually building something was "just an executive figurehead" in his eye's. I'm quite sure that's why he told me Brian A had nothing to do with building these cars. But pretty funny that it sent me off in a totally different direction.

The owner was correct on both parts. Yes, really.

Thank you, Pat for your PM. Look forward to meeting up soon, since you're just short ferry ride away. Jeff is our Autokraft guy, I'm sure you two will be talking. Anything we here in the PNW can do to help, just ask. We do understand your caution, as I believe you understand ours, we get (Oh) once a month, someone that has found the "Holy Grail" of lost Cobras, glad to hear this one is turning to be a win-win for everyone. Here's wishing you the best of luck with your purchase of the Black Cherry Autokraft. Cheers Tom.

I'm not pronouncing the Christmas balloon reinflated until I see an executed Bill of Sale.

No, if I had little faith I would have insisted on an engine, trans, and full IRS be installed as well. You can't drive a friggin' shell.

I remember the Cobra with the frenched in headlights and taillights. The owner told me he wanted something different. He was very much into racing Cobras. He also had an incredible Ferrari collection...

I too look forward to meeting up Pat. I know Brent (EM-0785) & I have to go to Vintage Motorsports (Redmond) in the first or second week of Jan. and pick-up some Ferrari Parts from Thor & 'Ferrari' Mike. We haven't set a date or time yet, maybe work in a visit then. There is always "One or Two" nice cars there Your welcome to join us. Cheers Tom.
