IF they show they have a part, then IF you are able to contact them and get a confirmation it is in stock THEN use a credit card to make the purchase. Then, if you don't get a shipping confirmation or receive it within the next charge cycle, dispute the charge and get your money back.

For every one person that reports an OK experience - got what they wanted within a reasonable time - there are probably 10 others with the opposite experience.
