Gasket between frame and body

I was wondering what people are using as a Gasket between the frame and the body to prevent chafing of the fiberglass. I'm building an A & C kit and they recommend "walk off" mat? Is there a type of (adhesive) tape available for this. The frame rails are around 2" wide.
