Is this cobra overpriced ?

Another cobra listed on ebay A REAL AC COBRA 427 CSX32XX is reciecving bidding in excess of $260,000 and has not met the reserve(newly listed),being profesionally restored to the tune of $200,000, what can one realisticlly expect this car to fetch?

The last real 427 Cobra that was on E-Bay that I recall was a no sell at $375000, but sold privately shortly after the auction ended for $425000. Of course, the economy was better last spring when that happened. The owner wants $350000 for this car, although his true reserve may be less. I guess the bidding will go over $300000, but I don't know if it will make the reserve that I think is on the car. Original unrestored cars are the hot item in high dollar car circles right now, but this is a beautifully done restoration, so.....
