I wasn't sure if I should start a new thread, or continue this.

I just got off the phone with Valley Forge Park. They have told me that we only need a permit if there will be more than 100 people in attendance. I'm not sure if we'll get that many people, but I'd like to hope we will. The permit only costs $50. I think it would probably be a good idea to get the permit, and if less than 100 show up, no big deal.
They said they cannot gaurantee us a specific area in the park, but I can go there and scout around for a good area. If we find a good spot, we will get priority over a smaller group, but there are no gaurantees. That's fine with me, as Valley Forge park is tremendously large. If we have good weather, it may not be as crowded as you'd think, as lots of people will go to the Jersey shore instead of the park.
The date of Saturday, June 7th is open at the moment for the park, and I think that's the date I'd like to use.

So......set your calenders everyone. Saturday, June 7th, Valley Forge Park. :3DSMILE: :3DSMILE: Should we call it the "Cobra Revolution"? Get it? :JEKYLHYDE :p We can start working on details, as far as what we want to do, food to bring, etc....Open to suggestions. As discussed before, I'd like to keep it fairly simple, but fun for everyone, including the public.

I'm waiting for the permit application to arrive in the mail. Do you guys agree it's a good idea to get one?

Steve
