Juan: You will be very happy with your choices on car (SPF) and engine (Perf. Engineering). They are both top notch.
As for the "BB vs. SB" thing, well, thats a personal choice that YOU have to make for yourself. If at all possible, drive one of each before you make a decision. If you want a sample of some of the "fireworks" on this subject, see my 1st thread when I was new (still am, really) to the forum: 522BB vs. 418SB. There's actually a lot of good info in the posts that followed and you will get a lot of help / advice in private e-mails (from those that don't like a fight......and you can't blame them w/ this croud!) if you post your e-mail address in your profile.
