Default Thunderbird rear spindle bushing

My rear top and bottom arms are urethaned bushed, and very well made by Almac cars (NZ) but as my car is primarily a road car, I have an area of concern, bearing in mind the car is early in the build stage, in previous cars on high speed turns the spindles can flex and "toe in" and "toe out" causing wishy washy handling!!

Is there a Urethane kit for these spindles? - so I can order correct part # to have everything bushed with the same medium.
I see some people use spherical bearings for more purpose built track cars, I would prefer to compromise and keep it a bit simple.

Ant,
Check FFCobra Forum. Look under Vendors link, Vintage Performance. They sell the bushings.(That is if you are talking about the 8.8 T-Bird IRS spindles.)

Did you check out the info I gave you in your other IRS for Racing thread? It discussed this very problem. And she had urethane bushings already. Look in Aug 2002, spherical bearing for details.

Default Spindle T/Bird IRS bushings

Don

Thanks for the info, yes I did check the spherical bearings out, I am hoping that all urethane might be enough?
