Cool Outstand day in Ventura, Ca.

The lunch Sunday was outstanding. We wound up with 18 Cobras including 2 original and 1 of the continuation series.
In addition, we had a Jag, GT 500, another Mustang, and I forget what is was, and a T-bucket. 49 people total for lunch.
After lunch we went for a cruise up the 101 to the 150, thru Ojai, stopped for a refreshment at Boccillos (not sure of the spelling) and the over to the 126 and home. Three of the guys went back and up the 33 and I have no idea where from there.
Pictures will posted this coming weekend - our photographer for the day is on a business trip and will be back then.
Perfect day - you should have been there.
Next one is April 5.

Sorry I passed up the lunch for Willow Springs. Sounds like a beautiful day.

Several people asked where you were.
I kinda let them know, they were curious who you were running with - I forgot

Angry

John et al,
Wish I could have been there. Sounds like you had a good one. Too much work and no play is making me very dull. If people will just behave themselves for a bit the brass will decide the crisis is over and I can play again. In the mean time I guess I'll just have to take the OT. <waaaah>

At least we got one of our homicide suspects in custody that day

take care y'all

John..... I have been going track nuts lately, trying to make up for lost time. VARA Feb 1-2 and NASA Feb 8-9. I am trying hard to learn how much I do not know about going fast. It almost time to change to 17" wheels and more serious tires.

Gene
Thanks for posting the pictures - Paul is out of town.
Please email me the originals for file.
Thanks

Jim
Just stay loose, its stressful times and watch your back.
People also asked where you were.
Swing by the house if you are in the neighborhood.

Had a great time Saturday and met a lot of nice people! My Cobra is the blue one with white stripes and the red fender slashes between the two original 289 cars. I am finishing the inside of the garage as we speak, and I will have my computer-literate friend post some pics for me.
