David,
Great car but a couple of simple questions. Is it registered and what would a person have to go through to get it registered if it isn't ? Also I would guess that FFR makes a windshield that you could put on without a lot of hassell. Am I correct in that ?
Thnaks,
Ron

What does it mean the 3 link is "welded" to the chassis? Makes me think the rear suspension is totally solid?

Ron, the car is not currently registered. However, getting it registered would be as easy as registering any other cobra.
The car will accept a standard Cobra windshield. FFR sells them.
Alls that would be left to do would be to hook up the blinker parking and head lights. All the wires are there.
Ernie, you can bolt or weld the 3 link brackets in. They are welded on this car for racing duty.

Dave,
Saw your spec racer for sale and will pass the info on to a friend of mine. He was in the shop on Saturday and was looking to do a spec build for track and street. Your car seems to meet what he was planning to build.
Nice looking car....

Just curious, whats the hp rating. Does it meet the Nasa American Iron weight to RWHP rule?

HP is about 235-245 crank HP and 300 ft lbs.
The car is not legal for AI though.. unless something has changed recently.

David,
Very nice car. I would buy it in a heartbeat if I didn't have two already. One of my cars I am turning into a racer. It's getting a full roll cage installed now. I plan on new racing seats also.
I really like your Kirkey's. Could you give me the P/N?
Appreciate it.

Keith,
Dont have a part #, but they are Kirkey Intermediate 20 degree layback road race seats. Should run about $180 for seat and cover. Summit and most race parts places have them.

Thanks David. I saw those on the internet and thought they might be the ones. I will order a pair.
Ernie,
Great offer but what would I use for my Waxer?
