I just finished the Registration on my CSX under SB100. Iwill have to say that it did only take 3 weeks. I could have done it in two but I was out of town. In my dealings with the DMV,CHP and Bar I found them to be most professional. I did have all my docs in order and it went very smooth. I have to praise SB100 for what it has done for us. Lets just pray that SB708 does not pass!
