Hello Brett, I asked this question a while back with no responce. I've seen it used on some t.v shows with great remarks. I think I'll try it when I get most or all of my alum. parts needed so I can do them all at the same time. Car shows are starting this weekend, I'll ask around.

at $129 for 60 sq. ft. coverage, it would cost $500+ for an aluminum body!!!

Do a search for Zoop. There was some discussion about it some time ago and I think the consensus was that it did work. Ron (Computerworks) posted a link to one of the FFR forums where someone did a whole write up on Zoop seal.
I am actually going to order some of it shortly.
