Mustang & Cobra Car Show in Kansas City
Just wanted everyone on this site to be aware of the car show that the Mid America Mustang and the Mid America Cobra Club is hosting on Sunday May 18th at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City. Mark, actually I was born and raised in St. Joe. During the early to mid 70's, spent A LOT of time partying in K.C. Spent a lot of time in the River Quay District at Tia Marias (great sangrias) and around. What's left there now? The wife and I are going to the Overland Park Hospital in June for a couple of days of tests (nothing serious). I'll let you know when.

Ron,
I would look forward to seeing you in June. K.C. still has a lot of cool things to do and see. As far as the Cobra Club goes we have a few things going on in June. Our two biggest events will be on May 31st and June 1st where our club will display our cars at the ARCA Race out at the Kansas Speedway. And then on June 14th our club will be displaying our cars at the airshow at Whiteman AFB in Missouri. Be sure and let me know when you will be in town.

Hey Ron,
Talked to Bryan today, he said you had some damage from the storm. Hope all is OK for you.
Bryan also said you might bring one of the cars up to Kansas City for the car show!

Yeah, I was just questioning Chucks statement about the raffle tickets. There must be at least 1 more "Ron" in the world! Hahahahahaha. When I found out I wasn't going to Carlisle, the wife and I decided to go up on Saturday and stay overnight at the casino and hit the car show on Sunday. I told Bryan about it last week and he suggested taking his car. Mine is waaayy too many much too far long long time from being done. If it's not raining, I'll try to bring up Bryan's car. Did I mention my car's not done?

Bring Bryan's car this year and then NEXT year you can bring yours! 
Our club is talking about having a dinner at the Ameristar Sat. night, so if you and your wife come up you are welcome to join us. I will fill you in on the details as they develop.
