Insurance for a newbie

Joe Olivo just took delivery of a FFR and needs insurance....
I know this is a well beaten question but need some input...
He has a few moving violations so my guy can't help him but I know there is someone out there who can...
Need some names of insurers who deal in the Cobra trade..

When I first purchased my car last year I went with Condon & Skelly although recently changed to State Farm.

My local State Farm agent told me that she could not help me. But another cobra bud turned me on to his State Farm agent in Columbus. 80 bucks a half with $55K agreed value.
