With your Kirkham you need the standard 6 pin drive wheels designed for original cars......no "adapters" are used. I bought a set of Trigos, new in the box from Darrell Ratchner a few years ago for about $1500.00 including knockoffs. Last number for Darrell I had was (505) 298-7709.
You may want to give him a call. He may still have a few sets.
