Winston Cup? NOW Nextel Cup!
Winston, who was on the way out as the title sponsor for NASCAR is being replaced by NEXTEL.
Nextel Cup? Nah, doesn't have the right "ring" to it. What do you think they will call it now?

How about "The Protective Cup?" Or even the "Double-D Cup" !

I hadn't heard this, but the McCaw family has long supported racing endeavors. Certainly a worthy successor to Winston.
Deep pockets, stongly entrenched, especially since we now see more idiots driving while yapping on their cell phones than sucking on their coffin nails.
Of course, there will be those that say, "Great, replace advertising lung cancer with brain cancer."
