ALL orders received as of 09/24 have been shipped:
- SENT 20 envelopes of CC stickers this week and last week. Thanks for the nice comments and notes. 1st batch is already gone. |
Duane,
I'll get a check in the mail tomorrow morning. Thanks for the efforts in getting this accomplished. |
Duane,
My car is Black so the white backed sticker would be great. If you have already sent them, don't sweat it. Thanks again. Steve Dickey |
Steve,
I was not sure, so I think I checked your picture profile and saw a black car. I believe I sent you white-backed vs. clear. |
Duane,
Thanks, I just appreciate you putting in all the effort. I know these things can suck up a lot of time. I know I'll be thrilled with whatever shows up! Steve |
Hello all.
Update: The first and second batch of stickers are all gone now and sent out. There are just a few clear-backed ones left. I'll wait and see if there are more envelopes at the PO box before I order another batch. The requests are about 60% white-backed to 40% clear -backed as most cars are not light colors. This gives me an idea as to what ratio to order for batch three - if there will be a need to order more. Duane |
Are we able to order extra's now that the first runs have gone through? I would like a couple for my old pickup vent windows if they are available to us. Let me know: rdgrnr@tctwest.net. Thanks
|
Hi Tohmer, cc: ALL,
I was hoping to get an idea on the first round as to any feedback, complaints, to see how these worked out. So far, 80 have been sent out, and only one person provided feeback. I'd like to get more feedback before I order another batch. I guess no or limited feedback is good or maybe not ??? Not sure. Thomer, I would guess to say that if you want to order more, the first ones worked out okay? Please let me know. Thanks. |
I think they look incredible! I would like 10 of them (5 white backed and 5 clear) next go around so I can put one on my car and get a few to others around here.
Thanks for having done this Duane. Cool stuff. |
Decals
Hi Duane:
I am interested in producing some decals, static clings for the Kentucky Cobra Club. Where did you have Club Cobra decals produced at? Juan |
Hi Juan,
... a friend of mine is doing it at a print company on the side as a payback favor at cost for helping him. If you forward your specs I can ask him if he can produce these for you, but it will not be for cost. Send me an email through Club Cobra, or I would suggest that you try a local sign shop if you have your own graphic. If you want this decal logo to be used, I would like to discuss this with Buzz and Brent first. Duane |
Duane,
Thank you for all your hard work on these. Mike |
Duane, I really like the way they appear when the lights hit them. That is why I would like more. I have the clear ones, If more are available I will send SASE and money whenrver you need. Thanks for all of the effort!
|
Thank You all for the feedback and appreciation. I'm glad to know they work.
Believe it or not, now that my 2nd Cobra is done, goofy things like this sort of defer me a bit from trying to start on #3 or some other motorized project that sucks up time, money, and energy. Well, there is always regular chores to do... speaking of that. Ugh! |
Stickers
Duane
I would like 3 and 3 if posible.Tell me how must and where to sent.... Thanks, Ed |
DECALS
THE FIRST DECAL I USED SOAP AND WATER. HOURS LATER IT WAS STILL WET AND WOULD MOVE AROUND. I REMOVED IT AND CLEANED THE GLASS WITH ALCOHOL AND REPLACED THE DECAL. THE SECOND CAR I USED JUST ALCOHOL, NOT SOAP, TO WET THE GLASS AND THE DECAL APPLIED EASIER.
THANKS DECOONEY THE DECALS LOOK GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIGH QUALITY, GOOD LOOKING. THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED DESIGN AND PRODUCT THIS DECAL.:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D DWIGHT |
Hi Dwight,
Thanks. Yeah, the rubbing alcohol seems to not leave a film. Glad you like it. I don't recall if you had the clear-backed or white-backed... but its good to hear. Hi Ed, the address is in this thread. Thanks. |
Note: write your Club Cobra Member name on the check, just in case I need to contact you about anything later... Don't forget to send your self-addressed stamped envelop.
Address: CC Decals 24988 Blue Ravine Rd. #108 PMB126 Folsom, CA 95630 Money Order / check payable to: Duane Cooney $2 each, or $6 for three. Max of 3 please. Specify clear-backed or white-backed. clear-backed only looks good on light color cars; not dark cars. These are for ClubCobra Members only. Don't forget the SASE. __________________ |
