For all you F1 fans........
......hope you caught the first 5 laps of the USGP!!! (iI's on now---for EST--don't know how they reconcile the other westward TZs)---all I gotta say is that Indianapolis is an absolutely wild venue AND the SPEEDVISION sweeping camera/ cockpit camera shots are stupifyin'. Shuey opted for semi-rain tires and is looking smart right about now... Montoya just head-butted Rubens Barricola into the kitty-litter and Coultard just slingshotted past Michael Schuey!!! Montoya just passed Mike too. Ferrari is sunk today.....

Hey, even if you HATE F1......
...you might want to hook into this USGP race---Montoya's doing Demo Derby, Webber and many others are doing Off-Road or Euro-Rally and some are doing Offshore Racing---an absolute Circus!
What? Watch my Patty-cakes get hosed by the 'Skins instead? Life's too short!
PS, Anyone want one used/abused NFL coach? Belichick's for sale!!! Reduced price......

Not another RED car????
Race started at 7:30 am here in Hawaii. A good run, but I had to flip flop channels to keep an eye on the Champ cars in Miami also.
Ferrari and the "Shoe" win again? I'm shocked, who could have predicated such a rare outcome,

Well, Ernie....
...certainly not Schuey (judging from his last few races and his qualifying at the VBrickyard-plus)! In the Miami race, I had two observations which stuck in my mind---that woman driver (oops, MCP memory blank ) was superb! and Miami is a beautiful venue--almost Monaco/Long Beach! Was that F1 race a ZOO or what? Wonder what the crunch costs were....6-12 million? Outta my league.
Oh by the way, Ernie---REALLY clean the poo(l)house! Wifey gets 18 days vay-cay in December. If yer gonnna be off island, just leave the keys to the cobra----I'll leave the tank full!

Actually your right about the "Shoe". It was a great race, I was disappointed when the hub caps had quit rolling and the smoke had cleared it was another "red" car on the podium, dam!
Since I moved to a "planned community" you have a choice of several pools! I pay dearly for who ever it is that cleans the pool house, but it aint me. LOL

Except for the weather, Indianapolis Motor Speedway was a great venue for the F1 race. Just before the race started, it was hailing. The we had period of rain and some dry. All the time, it was overcast and lots of wind. M Schmacher deserved his win. He was the personification of "smooth is fast". He was very consistent and seemed to handle the changing conditions best. He kept traction on corners that others were sliding. I missed it on television but being there was great.
