Roller rocker adjustment?

I'm just putting the finishing touches to my 331 stroker build, I have installed my correct length hardened pushrods, and need to know how to adjust my rockers.
They are scorpion 1.6 roller rockers. do they need a gap between tip and valve stem or do I tighten them, then nip them another 1/4th turn?
Any advice gratefully received.
