302/351C New Member needs HELP!!

Hi Guys,

Hope you can help, particularly any Aussie Members.

I have been running an 351C Cleveland but the head gasket went and after opening her up I found a sleeve in no6 bore.

Decided to buy a virgin stock aussie 302 block so that I could machine it up and transfer all of my original engine over.

Having purchased this block I checked the Mains Bearing Tunnel Bore, to find that the Aussie Block is bored 33thou bigger than the yank 351C

USA 351C - 2.9435"

Aussie 302 - 2.9765"

I was under the impression that all 302/351/400 blocks were identical.

Anyone got any idea of where I can obtain Mains Bearings to suit the Aussie 302 dimensions? (I think that I may draw a blank in the States).

Help please Im going crazy!!
