		The plating finish you are after is cadmium plating. Quite toxic to do and therefore the sources are somewhat limited. Contact plating (chrome) shops in you area and ask if they do it. If not they can surely refer you to someone that does. It was/is used alot in older automotive & aircraft applications to fight corrosion. The process has been replaced with more modern methods designs and materials. 
You can simulate the silver cadmium finish with aluminum spray paint. Although the durability is not the same the color will be pretty close.
