Thanks for the answer and explaining that. As for the rest I get the feeling they must be ex IRS people as they seem to make the rules and enforce them differently every dam day. I even showed that moron the 289 in my 65 Comet and that it had no smog except a PCV valve. Next question was, When was the last time I had it smog tested. That was when I left. I really try hard to not lose my temper and say things that may come back to haunt me, but this state is really making that hard to do any more. I won't even go to this DMV for anything any more as they seem to get their people from the state mental facility at Vacaville. That doesn't mean you Turk.
