If you are trying to move your Cobra, You can always rent a Ryder Truck ( enclosed) . I did it when I bought my first Cobra in Portland. I flew in and drove it back to Salt Lake, Any loading dock can be used to dirve it on...Just do not tell Ryder what you are doing.

I move cars in trucks frequently. Go to an ag or farm store and buy four of the floor d rings or floor ties and lag bolt them into the wooden floor of the truck. Now you have something to attach the ratchet straps to. Remove them when finished and Ryder will never know the difference.
