Cranky - excellent post. You just went up in my opinion, whatever that is worth.

More posts from you along the lines of the "heel & toe" one please. Good stuff.
If only I had fitted my pedals a little closer - I have to rotate my foot so far, that, coupled with my long legs, I have been known to switch off the ignition key with my knee whilst heeling and toeing! Rather embarrasing at times.

I had the same problem with pedal configuration. Check back with the "heel and toe" thread to see what I did to fix this.
