My Shell Valley body/frame was ordered in 1989 by some poor fellow who never got any further that paying the freight. The three following owners over the next 8 years did nothing more than shuffle parts from one corner of their garage to another while dreaming that one day they might drive it. After a three year buildup(which I enjoyed) I finally drove the finished creation in 2000 and sometimes wonder about the 4 previous owners. Did they ever actually get to drive their dreamcobra? Or maybe they were the smart ones...and just went down and handed over a check.
