Need help. Who makes these wheels

I bought my contemporary cobra with these wheels on it, and I am looking into buying new wheels. They seem to be centerline wheels with a bolt on adapter for the spinner and what I would call the center hubcap. On the spinner it says hilibrand. I need one adapter for the rear wheels and would like to sell them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
