All -
My concerns over a scam are what originally prompted me to post on the board. Thanks for all the responses for assistance. I have requested from the seller to use a third party escrow services to handle the delivery of funds and the vehicle to assure the car is indeed legit. I have also requested the VIN / Serial Numbers for the car and additional pictures.

Pending the response to these requests - I'll know if the sale is legitimate or not.
