SV builds a very nice kit as well as doing completed rollers, owners install engine and trans, and misc. Many owners have built from a kit and the cars are as good or better than factory build---yet there are some owner built cars that........let's just say one wouldn't want to own, let alone drive, no matter the paint ,wheels, etc., or how good it looks sitting there.
Since no engine was mentioned and going on your somewhat limited description say between $25 and 35K, may seem low but right now there seems to be a lot of Cobras on the market with some of the more "quality" cars selling for low dollar price, ie, ERA, Unique, SPF, for dollars invested by the original owners.
It is a buyers market right now. FWIW
