I'm SO proud to introduce "baby" Klayfish!!!!!
It is with indescribable pride and joy that I would like to introduce everyone to Joshua Ryan Klayman, aka "baby Klayfish"!!! :D :D
Joshua was born on 3/25/2004 at 2:51am. He weighed in at 8lbs. 12ozs and was 20 1/2" long. He is in perfect health and doing awesome. My wife, Kara, is also doing great. She is my new hero. Watching her go through labor made me look at her in a whole new light. She was awesome. Also, the nursing staff at Paoli Memorial Hospital is second to none. They were so good to us, it made it easier. We're now at home getting adjusted and savoring every second with him. Sorry, I don't have time to scroll through the pool to see who won. I've gotta make a few more announcements, then go wake up Kara and Josh and run some errands. Hope I didn't miss any important threads. Hope to see you all soon, either at the Fling IV or the Revolution, so you can meet Joshua in person. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...51Mvc-013f.jpg http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...51Mvc-019f.jpg Steve |

Thanks for a nice memory Steve! Your a lucky guy all right!
I was recalling how beautiful my wife was when she was pregnant. Strange isn't it? Her complexion so bright, her smile so big, she never looked better. Ernie |

One of the best joys a man and a woman can encounter. The baby is neat too.
Congrat. You will have an eventful 18 years (perhaps longer) ahead of you. Enjoy every second, they are not available as reruns. TURK |
Congrats Kara and Steve:3DSMILE:

Thanks for all of the wishes. It's been an incredible few days. Just beyond description.
John, it's funny you said that. At the hospital, they tag Joshua, myself and my wife with a serial number. We had to show our matching numbers to be able to take him anywhere!! :D Kara is so happy, it's great. She's just a bundle of emotions right now. Well, a little bad news with the good. We had to take Joshua back to the hospital tonight. He has jaundice and needs some help. We had to leave him there overnight. We came home because there is nothing we can do for him, and my wife really needs to be taken care of. Labor was very hard on her. I'm not worried about Joshua, jaundice is common and he was actually looking much better by time we left the hospital. But it is very hard to leave him behind. We'll get a few hours sleep tonight, if that, and head back tomorrow morning to bring him home. Never knew fatherhood can have such a rush of emotions, both up and down. |
