2nd Day with my Cobra
Picked up my SPF995 yesterday. I took today off work and went cruising around town. A Nissan pulls next to me at a red light with a cute little honey trying to get my attention (she didn't have to try hard!). First, she says "Beautiful Car". The next question was the infamous "is it real"? I told her no. She said she would LOVE a quick 5 minute ride. I told her to pull over and hop in!
Since my passenger seat was yelling for a hottie as ornament, we went for a 30 minute crusie. Had to stop by a liquor store so she could get some lotion (gorgious sunny day here in So. Cal). We exchanged numbers and then I dropped her off at her car.
Damn I LOVE this car :-)

Block Size Doesn't Matter
Bill, you're right, I just wish she would have offered to stroke my small block :-) And she said girls don't really care about block size, it's the RPM's.
Steve, I'm writing Penthouse the day I get her and her sister to go for a ride!
Maxrpm, I was hoping she was talking about lubricant (for my small block), but she came back with sunscreen
Hey, give me a break, it's only my second day, I was nervous!

I have been approached by a number of girls and ladies
Cobras are a chick magnet. Too bad they are not a nose ring and obesity repellant since that's a lot of what we have here locally
I only put 3,000 miles on my car last summer (before my new motor died) but one day I came out of the superstore to find two attractive 19 year olds laying in wait for me. I let them take pictures of them sitting in the cobra. These cars are a lot of fun and the reactions from everyone is a real kick.

Last summer was my first with the car and was having massive overheating problems due to a head not being torqued properly. I ALWAYS had a passenger, and it was ALWAYS a guy...needed someone with me who could help me watch the gauges and maybe rebuild the engine along side the road if need-be.
This year, I'm going to try to go solo more often, although the natural inclination is to always grab someone to go for a ride because I love their reactions. But I think solo is the way to go to elicit these types of stories.
I need some stories like that!
