Seamless alumunim plated hood & trunk

Hi Rick, I'll try to make this short. I have been doing this type of plating for 8 years, most of my work has been done in high end architectural feild and plating art work. I never like the underside of my cobra hood and about 6 years ago I plated it with my aluminum. I have a 427 sitting in the engine bay and we all know how hot they get but the heat does not effect the metal. Its real aluminum but no electricity or vats of acid are used. Its a chemically applied plating and it can be applied AFTER the paint has been applied to the exterior. I dont konw of anyone elts that does what I'm doing, I'm sure that there is a similar process out there someplace but since I get alot of work from your state I think I might be doing something not available in that state. As for its durablity I just finished plating a project for a comic that had a custrom garage built in Manhatten for his porsche collection, I plated all of the windows, doors the custom elevator to trasport the cars from one floor to the next.
