That is so great, words cannot describe it. Everyone involved who helped and gave support should be proud that together we have helped make Dwayne's dream a reality. It's nice to see that after so much negativity, that an equal amount of joy has come. Have fun with your awesome car Dwyane, and we want pics :D.

Gret job by Mr. Shelby stepping in to get things done, Dwayne got his car.
The bigger question I think is: "What does it mean to be an authorized Shelby Dealer? That's what Finish Line is, correct? Is there some accountability by the dealer to remain authorized? Is there some accountability by Shelby to eyeball who they authorize? I'm not being a wiseass here, but if this guy represents SA as a dealer, shouldn't he be reprimanded in some way for the slimy way he has treated this poor fellow? |

This is pretty much a one way deal. Most seem to be able to be objective but there are also a vocal few who seem to revel in taking every opportunity to slam Shelby. Regarding apologizing to Shelby - it is my opinion that something should have been done a long time ago regarding getting this car done. The people at Shelby can't say they had no idea this was going on...the fact that some screws weren't turned by Shelby on Finishline before this kind of puts Shelby in the same boat as Finishline - IMO. I would say at best it is a draw. No apology needed, none given. I am just glad this sorry story is over. As a Shelby supporter, it was hard reading. |
