No, I didn't buy it. It wasn't a 427. I wouldn't have been interested in the car anyway. It's most likely a 352 or a 390. He said that the previous owner put dual exhaust on it, so more than likely, the engine wasn't anything special.
I talked to the guy for quite awhile and walked him through several things to see if it was a 427 or not. It definitely was not. And believe me, he wanted it to be...because I told him if it was a 427 I was coming after it.  |
