CSX3050,
GREAT to see such a great car! These cars are meant to be shared and driven. Please feel free to load up your gallery with pictures. We would all appreciate that, I assume I speak for all......
Take care of it! It's a winner.........

[yawn]...Another 7 figure barn find.
A pretty amazing, largely unmolested original. Reminds me of a great song..."Down in his barn, my Uncle preserved for me an old machine for fifty odd years...".
Play your cards right and your "Dad's car" could become yours someday. Enjoy!

Unmolested?
What an incredible find! As for the unmolested part, I can not imagine being more molested than having indoor-ourdoor carpet in a car.
If you replace it, all of us on this site will promise not to call the car restored and we will all swear the carpet was original.
As all are saying, would love to see more pictures. Congratulations on a great car.

Thanks for sharing this treasure - it is a great glimpse into the past.
My one and only son has dibs on my Cobra (it's only a replicar) sometime
in the distant future - like when I can no longer drive it.

There is always one in the crowd.
Great Cobra, Great Color and Great Carpet.
I really like the fact that the carpet is tore up in the foot box by your heels from driving it.

And I want to know why it is always me?
I think I'll replace my carpet with astroturf.

Rush is my favorite band. Love the reference.
BTW, the car is spectacular.

When I had 3042, I would occasionally have someone tell me the blue fittings on the oil cooler were incorrect for the car. I would politely let them know they were untouched from the way it was delivered in '66. If you look closely at the fittings on 3050, you can see they, too, are blue beneath the flat black paint.
