Sterling Replicars makes a fine one. Was going to buy one until they told me the price - $450. (!!) They were quite proud of it.

This guy makes one at a more reasonable price, geared towards a FFR though, whose hoops are a bit wider (I think). http://home.mindspring.com/~egroce/id4.html
