For that one you need to at least know "something" for it to mean anything. The casual observer would think its just a standard plate.

I think you would know the kind of plate I mean...eg. "2HOT4U", or any other obscure combination of numbers and letters and confusing abbreviations that is supposed to spell out something clever

(just my opinion though)
