Driveable?

Out for a Sunday drive a day early and my Oil Pressure gauge spit out its gasket so it's sticking out like a hemmorrhoid over the edge of the gauge glass. Reading was "0"

Seeing no puddle of oil I limped home and I actually still have all my oil.

Question is, can I drive?
