It looks like it could be a custom as one named Hoofa has done to his FFR kit, or something out of Europe perhaps.

I would NOT want to needing to rely on those little roll bars.
Nice modernized version, though. Whatever it is. |
I like the look of that beast. Look like a wide version of BDR.
That is very nice.................. Dex.......... |
what is it
Appears to have EU number plates on it, perhaps Mr. legate can shed some light here. If it is not camera distortion, the lines and porportions are good...maybe it is a MKVI.
|
I think I like the swagger or sweeping lines. It is what I think a Cobra in the movie CARS would have looked like for me anyway. Not sure who would be the voice for this movie car, what do you all think should get the casting call for voice overs ( do not know the name but she /it is that 7 foot black female drag queen --- dopaul, roupall ??) help me out here) Not saying it is a drag car:D :D it needs to maybe be a hi-brow queens English female kinda vocal attitude for me anyway. Now I am scarring myself with this.
Who would do a great Cars movie voice for this car ???????????????????? |

The pictures has no distortion, it is a wide body. The number plates are german. Many thanks for al the reactions so far.:D |
fredje is from the Netherlands so my guess is someone in Europe made this.
Sure haven't seen anything like it in the good ole USA. |
if only they'd put some curves to the edge of the scoop .... everything else flows nicely except for the harsh lines on the scoop.
As to who - no idea |
I can't be the only one here that feels like "fredje" knows a little more about that car than he's letting on. %/

Aloha,
That looks like it is a custom, one of a kind car. Good luck in your search. |
Okay fredje, no offense intended.
good luck |
I would guess a custom version of a kit also. Because of the lines, I'd say Stallion or West Coast or one of those. Even without the padding surrounding the cockpit, it still has the look to me. The roll bars are the bigger diameter tubing like they use and are even about the same height.

You know, that basturd doesn't suck too bad. Too bad Ford didn't come up with that approach a few years ago for a modern version instead of that POS they threw at the car shows.
|
It looks like a custom body on a SL600. Which come to think of it would be a pretty nice ride. I think it looks cool except the side vents in the front fenders.
|
I'd say that's a highly modified West Coast Cobra. Nice job.

Woodz428 hit it on the nose. STALLION The body has received some minor
"tweaks" and the hood scoop could have been done with a bit more contour but it still has the look of a STALLION. For those of you that are not familar with this line of cars, the car (original) was designed and built in Lincoln California 1976-1980, City of Industry California 1979-1982, Fort Worth Texas, and finally went to Germany (Nurburg). Check out "Stallion-cars.com" Regards Fastedy |
