That is a very interesting article. So do I now have a $helby Cobra replica? This is getting complicated. Has anyone made $helby T shirts yet?

Amy B., thank you for telling us what is "real "or not on information someone has heard. I (we) need some true facts about anything that goes on in the Shelby world today. Wish you would post more often, the SAAC vs. Shelby stuff going on is hurtful to all involved, including enthusiasts not involved.

Thank you, I agree, I try to only post when asked a question or if the information being posted is incorrect and I have better info. I don't want to get into the Shelby /Saac issue. It isn't my place to post regardless of what others think.
If I can help, Do not hesitate to post or email me, I check this site at least once a week, sometimes more when Shelby is in the news.

LOL, I do lurk and read, This site has a lot of info other sites don't. I don't always mean to jump in for a save, I was really just trying to give real info on the stock, as some don't even know there is stock. On other issues, I just think there is a lot of wrong info, but defending is not what I want to do as people will make decisions regardless of what I post.
Thanks
Amy

We got a letter from Schwab this week that cites newly created SEC rule 15c2-11 that states that:
After the close of regular trading on August 31,2021, new opening orders will not be permitted for securities that trade on the OTC markets that have not met SEC financial disclosure requirements. Closing orders for these securities will be accepted, subject to market maker participation and availability of quotes.
There are others sections but this one particularly called out CSBI in the letter.
This means that you can't buy Shelby stock any more. You can sell it, provided you can find someone to buy it that somehow isn't affected by the buy restrictions...

I don't own any CSBI, but I went to one of my TD Ameritrade accounts and it looks like it will let me put in a buy order. I got as far as reviewing the order, but did not hit send to see if it would actually go through. So perhaps Schwab will not let you buy it, but others will.

It is possible that the restriction is a Schwab policy and that TD Ameritrade has a different corporate policy on delisted shares. It would be odd though since TD is now owned by Schwab.
In any case, I took the loss on the books today. Sold 1900 @ .0011 for a whopping 2.09. Schwab apparently "absorbs" 0-value shares even if they can't find a buyer so the sell is official for tax purposes.
