I think it would be hard for him to fool to many people and if anyone in this state bought it, they would have to go through the SB-1578 process, which is to legally change the title to a SPCN and uses the SB-100 numbers. That would be the biggest hurdle here and I am sure that Morgenster and his group are aware of it. If it was registered here in 1964, then it is just one of many that was registered under a false title because this dumb state didn't have any way to register them before SB-100.
