Default Cobra kit indentification

I am looking at purchasing a 65 427 AC Cobra built kit that the current owner nor title can seem to identify the maker of thus I have no idea what year it is or of course who made it etc.

The VIN # on the title is RBT05J89680105002 can anyone tell me who the manufacturer might be.

The car had a 427 side oiler with a C6 tranny and solid 9 in ch rear.

Any help on how I can solve this mystery would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to determine a fair value for the car.

Thank you in advance for your help in this query.

If you post some pics or a link to the car, someone will probably be able to ID it.

Default Details

Some items that will help identify the Mfg:

1) are main frame rails round tube or rectangular tube?

2) Pictures of front suspension area - inside engine compartment

3) Pictures of foot boxes

4) Pictures of back wall of cockpit, showing the bases of the roll bars - are the bars inside or outside the cockpit

5) Pictures of inside trunk space

6) Wheelbase measurement

Each manufacturer has there little identifiers. Often it is a process of elimination.

Default Identification

The RBT in the vin looks like it could be the letters for the name of the manufacturer.
The 05 ......the year?
The ..J.... Jaguar suspension?
or the 89 the chassis no ?

Default Pics

Thank you to all who have offered up some ideas on how to identify the car.

I took pictures yesterday of the car but the site will not let me post anything larger than 39k which is very small and I don't have anything smaller than 140k any ideas on where I can put the pics a s I hope they can help someone identify the maker of the kit and perhaps the year so I can determine a suitable value for the car should I decide to purchase it.

The car has a rectangular frame 2x3, a Ford big block with a 1963 intake manifold with dual Holley 600's and four bolt exhaust heads. We were not able to get the car off the ground to determine if the motor has bolt through mains so that is our next step in identifying the motor. Any other ideas on how to do that as well would be appreciated?

My pics exceed the 39k size limit which is a problem need to know how to make them smaller.

Other info I got while investigating was the car has a 90'wheelbase and 58 " track.

Those were really rare weren't they?

I believe they didn't build 4 of them between 64-66. They were unbeatable.

I heard even CS himself couldn't see them!

If they are v-e-r-y large pics, they won't go into the Gallery either.

100-150k should work...are they even bigger?

Looks like it was used as a ranch car.
