That's funny it looks like wheelie bars. A good bumper support frame should be able to handle that.

You know, I think it would work just fine on an ERA. But when i was up there a few years ago both Bob & Doug said "don't even try it."

A bent quick jack with race history would add value to the car don't you think?

I've seen the mechanic for the late Mac Archer use the quick jacks on his immaculate Cobra on several occasions in the paddock at Monterey. Didn't seem to have any ill effect, though they were just used to raise the car to put on jackstands.
