Mulholland Hwy New Years Cruise
I went out yesterday morning for a drive, 10:00am, took the wife for a nice ride through Mulholland Hwy. Weather was a perfect 70 with no wind, just crystal clear blue sky. Thinking there would be little traffic...wrong! We wind around enjoying the scenery and come to a turn out with a spectacular view so we stop. There was a Ferrari, Corvette, Porches and a couple bikes already there. Within 5 minutes a whole line of exotics including more Ferraris, a Lambo, Porche GT3's and a GT40 show up. I tell ya the hills were alive. As we continued on we must have crossed paths with more than 100 classics, a variety of sports cars and exotics . Most were waving or giving the thumbs up. Not one other Cobra though. At our last stop...Stunt Road aka Top of the World, popular for it's stunning views, there was a crowd of Porches. MG's and bikes, still no other Cobras. Oh well, the hills were alive and fun! This day with a few others has made owning a Cobra so much fun. Some pics in my gallery.
