I've done the snow thing in Northern Alberta. Not in the Cobra, but in everything from AMC Ambassadors to Jeeps, Trans Ams and Corvettes. My first car was a '74 Trans Am with a very hopped up 455. That thing, with its huge bias-ply tires, the high strung 455 and more torque than a battleship was a handful on dry pavement, let alone snow and black ice. That car was obnoxious, violent and anti social - much like some of the buddies and co-workers I used to hang around with. Between it and the tavern brawls in those early boom town, oil rush days, its a wonder I even survived my youth!
