How to plumb surge tank

Old setup - filler line, right below radiator cap on my RADIATOR, was plumbed to my overflow tank.

New setup - filler line, right below radiator cap on my SURGE tank, is plumbed to my overflow tank

Question - What do i do with the old filler line on my radiator? The line sits below my surge tank, so coolant will pour out of it (from gravity) unless I some how plug it.

Suggestions?
