69 shelby cobra restore need help with IDing engine

Im in Alexandria LA and my mom has a 69 shelby cobra gt500 and I was needing some help making sure someone hasnt switched out the engine I took some pics today but my camera died and didnt get to take all the pics I wanted but here is what I have. http://s660.photobucket.com/albums/u...helby%20cobra/ I cant find this intake code anywhere. Its suppose to be a 428 cobra jet but I know for a fact the car is a gt500 ill get the vin in the next couple of days. I go to basic at ft sill in september so Im going to try to get the engine rebuilt first then move on to the body. The body does have so damage in the front right bumper but its all fiberglass so hopefully it wont cost to much but If anyone has any answers or just comments they will be greatly appreciated. Ill post some more pics and info here in the next day or so. Thanks
