Loose motor mounts and a sticky clutch ?

The last two times I drove my car I noticed the clutch sticking slightly when releasing. The last time I was even hearing a noise when I engaged the clutch. I was convinced that I needed a new clutch or Hyd throw out bearing and began preperations to pull the motor. As i was looking around I noticed that the drivers side motor mount bolts that go into the block were backed almost all the way out. The last person who worked on the car apparently forgot to tighten them. Could these loose motor mounts be the cause of the clutch binding?

Is the slave cylinder mounted to the side of the frame or to the side of the block/bellhousing?

I dont think there is any. The throw out bearing is hydr. the line goes right to the bearing on the shaft.

Then it shouldn't matter... but you should still tighten your motor mounts.
