Firefox works for me. Right click on the link and "Save link as". I've got the PDF Download extension so a left click brings up a menu of Download, Open, etc. so I can't say how the "nekked" Firefox would work.

I use Firefox, downloads with no problem at all. Just "save as" to your desktop.

I downloaded it using another computer with IE, then went back to my computer with Firefox...downloaded with no problems. **)

I'm getting some corruption of the large pictures. Blank rectangular shapes. Anyone else?
(My intention is to make web pages (graphics and text) from the PDF.)

That's a low res PDF of it. I'll set up an FTP account for you to download the hi-res PDF of it (about 25megs) and you can have your way with it.:p I'll PM you with download instructions. |

Here's the Hi-Res Version for those who are interested...
I just zipped up the hi-resolution version of it and put it on the same server so anybody that wants it can get it. It's 25megs, but all my servers sit on fiber, so they'll run as fast as you can download them. Just right click, save as, then unzip. Here's the link:
