Kyle Busch Really Did It Now

His penalty is too lenient for me. I say ban him from any NASCAR events for the rest of 2011 including the year- end ceremonies and fine him 100K. That might stop this kind of crap from anyone else also.

I hear you. How bout this, since he likes to bang it up in the trucks. Allow him to only race trucks next year?
As far as this crap? Kyle Busch is in a leauge of his own. Someone else doing the same as he did in this race? Does not compare to what Busch has been involved in. |
Busch is an incredible talent matched with huge immaturity. I think his penalty was that rough because he took out a team in the running for the championship.
That said, the thing I hate the most about NASCAR is that the rules are applied at random. Carl Edwards received "probation" when he came out of the garage, waited, then flipped Brad K at Atlanta at 160 mph. WTF? I don't even like Brad K, but that was a stupid intentional effort to hurt another driver. |

If I were racing with him and he did that to me, I would meet him outside and kick his ass ! :mad: The way the car hit the wall, he could have seriously hurt or killed him. Ban him for a year of racing, I don't care, but since NASCAR went with the ok to bash it up, things have gone dangerous & stupid, just to make it exciting for the fans. That's bull****. I don't think it's right, that the team could replace Kyle with another driver either. Lets say Kyle's racing for the championship, with no points taken away from the team as a penalty, Kyle wins with no regrets. Is that fair ? |
Kyle was driving his own truck and not driving for Gibbs on Friday. JGR is now going to be penilized for Kyle's stupidity. As far as point positions and maybe $$$.
I think that JGR should dump Kyle and hire David Reutimann now that he is out of a ride for next year. JMO |

But if I were any sponsor, Id' drop his scrawny ass. ;) NASCAR,....drop mega points, as a fine, Kyle doesn't care about the Ole mighty dollar, he has enough of that. We'll see what they do later this week. At least,....add on probation forever. |

He showed it when he was cited months ago in N Carolina hauling the freight in a residential area. He is a spoiled brat and should be treated as such.

I know many are boycotting his main sponser M&M's and his cosponsers in response to his fits ontrack.Thats the only thing sponsers listen to Email or call M&M's to get something done.It really reminds me of our short track racing days at I70 very very unprofessional,not unlike much of the racing we saw last weekend @ Martinsville execept at alot higher speeds @ Texas.

It's too bad he lost his cool. I think he's a excellent driver and he has proved that year after year. Just a bit inmature and that costs him big like this. I agree there should be the same penalty across the board for all drivers not just certain situations. He had something to prove when he was let go from Hendrick and Jr replaced him. And he did just that with Gibbs. Kurt had some of the same growing pains but Kyle is far worse. Heat of the moment in the battle and ****s gonna happen.

During pre-race interview with Joe gibbs this morning when he was asked if Kyle's was going to loose his job over this, he did not give a direct yes or no. Just a run around the question answer.
