SPAX Setting

Wondering what setting people find "best" for road course racing; I was at Harris Hill recently with other Cobra owners and I felt like body roll was greater than I would have liked; however, there were some undulations in turn 6-7 that made me think that shouldn't be too firm. I'm not a seasoned racer so wondering what setting those who have more experience use/suggest.
